May the Compliance Tree Thrive in BBAC

As a leading manufacturer in Chinese premium automobile market, BBAC has been attaching great importance to corporate culture building and striving to become a corporate citizen with integrity and strong sense of responsibility. The recent successfully held BBAC Integrity Dialogue II marked the official beginning of 2014 BBAC Integrity Campaign.

BBAC core values are “Customer focused, Responsibility and Integrity”. Integrity, as one of the highest ethical standards of BBAC, includes three core elements: fairness, openness and compliance. Compliance, which lies at the heart of integrity, emphasizes the binding effect of laws, regulations, internal policies and business ethics and serves as the basis of conduct for every BBAC employee.

Recent years have witnessed various forms of BBAC compliance activities such as compliance hall-meeting, compliance training, posters, cards, columns and website construction. These events together constitute the BBAC Integrity Campaign. BBAC Integrity Dialogue, as a key component of the Integrity Campaign, aims at improving understanding and mutual trust in BBAC management team through high-level compliance seminars.

The start of 2014 BBAC Integrity Campaign was marked by the launch of integrity poster series. Mr. Frank Deiss, President & CEO of BBAC expressed his hope on BBAC Integrity Dialogue II that integrity & compliance culture could sprout and thrive like the compliance signature tree in BBAC.
