The kick-off of BBAC talent blue ocean program and mentor honoring ceremony was held on the November 27th, attended by the President & CEO, Mr. Frank Deiss, the Party Secretary and Senior Executive Vice President, Mr. Chen Hongliang, and 33 pairs of the foreign mentors and Chinese apprentices. BBAC Talent Blue Ocean Program gained the great support from shareholders, with which the preliminary work has been nailed down, such as to define the positions for local employees, to confirm the local candidates, etc. This ceremony includes three parts, the program kick-off, the mentor honoring and signature section and speeches of the mentor and apprentice representatives. It is to meet the fast and sustainable talent demand of the company through establishing the mentor system between foreign experts and Chinese employees and making the talent development plan pertinent to the local employees.

Mr. Chen delivered the speech first, expressing the appreciation to the foreign expertscontribution to the local talent development. He stressed the core content of the program is to cultivate the local employees assisted by the foreign experts.

Mr. Juergen Hartwig and Mr. Zhao Lianjie stated that the shareholders will cooperate tighter to provide BBAC the full support to implement the program and push BBAC talent team development.
